Today, something big happened. One of my essays was featured on Essence.com. ESSENCE! Ok, so, it wasn’t in the magazine, a magazine that I’ve grown up reading and adoring, but it was close (at least to me), and I’ve been amped for about a week waiting for it to get posted.
